No, and anyone who says so is overselling it. A coating makes the paint easier to keep clean and helps resist everyday contamination. If you do a lot of highway driving and want a physical barrier against stone chips, ask us to compare it with paint protection film.
Film is a physical layer that helps with stone chips and road wear. A coating is a surface treatment for gloss and easy cleaning. Plenty of owners do front-end PPF plus a coating over the whole car. Tell us how you drive and we'll recommend what fits.
It's the protection system you've chosen. It doesn't mean the car needs no care for seven years. We'll confirm the product, covered surfaces, written warranty and any maintenance requirements for your booking.
